Looking for a fun (and bedtime-friendly!) way to celebrate New Year’s Eve with the kids? Don’t miss the 2025 PNC New Year’s Eve Kids Countdown at the Peoria Civic Center! From 3–5:45 PM, families can enjoy an afternoon packed with hands-on activities, interactive booths, and live entertainment. Kids can meet princesses and superheroes, get a caricature from Joe the Art Guy, enjoy balloon twisting with Unique Twist, plus face painting, hair tinsel, and henna tattoos with Wild Style. Add in inflatables from Fun on the Run, games, creative play, rock painting, and so much more—there’s truly something for every age.
The fun continues on stage with performances by Safari Joe, Flynn School of Irish Dance, Communication Junction, The Penguin Project, magician Joel Shoemaker, and Coach Bre Cottage’s cheerleaders. Then, as the excitement builds, everyone will head outside for a 6 PM ball drop and fireworks to officially welcome 2025—no midnight required! Best of all, admission is FREE, making this a can’t-miss event for your Winter Break plans. ✨
